State Housing initiative Program (SHIP)
The SHIP Program enables low income borrowers to purchase affordable housing. Approved borrowers will qualify for a second mortgage with no interest and no monthly payments.
Upon commitment from the lender, the SHIP program will assist applicants by providing funding, at the discretion of SHIP, in the following categories:
Down payment assistance- Closing costs
- Prepaid items
